DECLARATION

I wish to register as a member of the below named Bell Target Shooting club. By signing below, I consent to remit an annual fee of £5.00 for membership in the Lincolnshire Bell Target League. This amount encompasses insurance, NSRA Affiliation, the sport's development, assistance for current and prospective clubs, and the procurement of equipment to facilitate these endeavours. Fee Payment: The membership fee of £5.00 is payable at the venue at the time of registration and is subject to annual renewal on the corresponding date each year.
